Materials are amongst our biggest strengths and passion. Our propriety thermoplastic material we call FUSIONFIBER, which has reduced surface porosity and unseen interior voids, performs better than readily available thermoplastics.

Our quality engineers and test lab technicians work in a lab with a variety of highly accurate digital and analog testing equipment to ensure that the products we design will live up to your reputation. We have CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) equipment to execute full and FAI (First Article Inspection) test protocols

Working with FUSIONFIBER, our proprietary thermoplastic recipe, we use and recycle every piece of production related to trim waste into another usable part. If we’re being honest, sometimes a few fibers fall on the floor.

We’re versed in a variety of Certifications that are required to bring your product to market. Future Comp. can help you project manage your product to certification approval, as we’re in contact with a variety of certification and accreditation bodies.
Our team is working hard to become ISO 9000 certified and are looking to be fully certified in mid-2023.
