Order Processing & FulfillmentOrder Confirmation
When you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email containing your order details and a unique order number. Please review your order confirmation carefully to ensure all details are correct. Processing TimeStandard orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Pre-orders and custom items may require additional processing time, which will be clearly indicated on the product page. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays.

International Shipping
We are currently not shipping internationally.
Return Policy
Return Eligibility: You may return most items within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" cannot be returned.

Initiating a Return
Send an email to Support@TheFutureComp.com to start the process of returning the item(s) you wish to return, and a representative will provide all support needed, including shipping labels if necessary. Package your return securely, including all original packaging and materials. Attach the provided return shipping label to your package. Drop off your package at the designated carrier location
Return Shipping
For standard returns, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Defective items
Incorrect items shipped
Items damaged during shipping
Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refund Timeframes:
Credit/Debit Card: 5-10 business days
PayPal/Digital Wallets: 2-3 business days
Store Credit: Immediately available in your account

Original Payment Method: Full purchase price minus any return shipping fees (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion in the following cases:
Items returned without original packaging
Items showing signs of use or wearLate returns (30-45 days from delivery)
Items on sale at the time of return will be refunded at the sale price
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item:
Contact our Customer Support team within 7 days of receipt
Provide your order number and photos of the damaged/defective item
Our team will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost
Exchanges
To exchange an item:Follow the same process as returns
Indicate your preference for an exchange during the return process
Specify the item, size, color, or variant you would like instead
If the exchanged item has a different price:

Gift Returns
For gifts received from TheFutureComp.com:
Returns can be processed without the original purchaser's involvement
Refunds for gift returns will be issued as store credit to the recipient
A gift receipt or order number is required to process gift returns
Late or Missing OrdersIf your order is late or hasn't arrived:

Potential delays due to a high volume of orders, postal service problems, material or product availability that are outside of our control. We’ll do our best to get your order to you as quickly as you want it.
